At the time the order is made and the purchase is confirmed, the prices that currently appear on the website will be applied. The company reserves the right, at any time and for any reason it deems necessary, to change the prices on the website without prior notice; the prices will remain the same only for orders already made and confirmed.
Changes or returns of purchased tickets are not accepted.
The technical specifications and characteristics of the products included in our catalogue are correct to the best of our knowledge, without implying the assumption of any responsibility, whether express or implied. The company reserves the right to modify, without prior notice, the technical specifications, and characteristics of the products in the catalogue.
Free tickets must also be purchased and managed with the rest of the tickets.
Groups of 10 people or more cannot purchase tickets on-line. In this case, visits can be booked via e-mail recepcio@mjc.cat or by phone 972 504 585.
In all cases the relevant accreditation must be presented to the Museum ticket office together with a personal ID or driving licence. If such accreditation is not shown, the difference in price will be charged.
Online tickets do not, in any case, lead to preferential access to the museum. The ticket gives you access to the museum at any time on the chosen date.
The estimated duration of the visit is about 1 hour. Access to the exhibition rooms up to 30 minutes before the official closing time.
The Museum is closed on 1 January, 25 and 26 December.
